Our Thanksgiving Special Cake Roll is an ode to a traditional Brazilian treat called Pão de Mel and it'll be your show stopper!
We make our honey cake with warm fall spices. It tastes a little like gingerbread, but we also fill the layers with house-made dulce de leche and drizzle it with dark chocolate.
Sizes
6-8 servings: It's a cylinder shape that is 5'' long, with a 2 and a 1/2'' diameter. Weighs about 18 ounces (or a little more than a pound).
12-15 servings: It's a cylinder shape that is 10'' long, with a 2 and a 1/2'' diameter. Weighs about 36 ounces (or a little bit more than 2 pounds).

Wheat Flour, Butter, Eggs, Sugar, Milk, Honey, Cinnamon, Gloves and Ginger.
Hand made in a facility that uses nuts, dairy and gluten ingredients.
Instructions/Storage
- Cake Rolls arrive ready to enjoy and are best served at room temperature.
- Cake Rolls can be stored at room temperature for up to 7 days, in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks and in the freezer for up to 2 months.
