Shipping and Returns

As all our products are made to order, please allow up to 2 business days to process your order.

Current delivery lead times:

Southwest/West coast 3 to 5 business days 2 business days
Midwest 2 to 3 business days 2 business days


We offer overnight delivery via UPS, however, most of our packages are shipped using UPS Ground. Fed Ex and USPS may be used on occasion depending on the order. Once the carrier picks up the package, it typically takes 1-5 business days to receive your order depending on location. Northeast orders may take 1-2 days to arrive. West Coast orders typically take 3-5 days.

An email notification with tracking information will be sent to you when your packages have shipped.

We do local deliveries (Philadelphia, PA) every Wednesday and Saturday. Local pickups can be arranged at our farmers markets. 

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Kouklet Brazilian Bakehouse is not responsible for delayed, unclaimed, undelivered, or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses or delays caused by UPS, USPS or Fed Ex due to weather or other causes that we are unable to control.

International Shipping
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer international shipping.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return products in its original, unopened packaging for a refund, however, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept returns for packages that are already opened.

We take great care in packaging our products for shipment, but unfortunately,  can't guarantee what happens to the packages once they leave our hands. If a package is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the situation.
