Sourdough Chocolate Covered Banana Panettone ✨

Our holiday panettone is a true labor of love - made entirely from scratch over a four-day process using Lievito Madre, a traditional Italian sourdough starter known for creating an incredibly soft, aromatic, and naturally sweet dough.

This limited-release flavor brings together the warmth of the holiday season and a touch of Brazilian nostalgia: soft sourdough panettone studded with banana and chocolate ✨

Panettone is a huge holiday tradition in Brazil, and we’re proud to bring that magic to Philadelphia - especially since fresh, locally made panettone is so hard to find here. Growing up, the smell of panettones baking in every supermarket and corner bakery was one of the highlights of the season. We hope this handcrafted version brings you a little taste of that same joy 💛

Each panettone is made in small batches and available for preorder only, with pickup every Sunday in December or the 24th at our E Passyunk Bakery.

Nationwide shipping is also available. All orders will be shipped on the 22nd, only.
