Inspired by chef Mardhory's favorite childhood candy - Paçoca. A sweet and crumbly peanut treat that is super popular in Brazil. We sprinkle peanut crumbs on our signature butter cake and fill each layer with a sweet, nostalgic peanut cream filling. It's so comforting even if you never had Paçoca before.

Sizes

3-4 servings: It's a cylinder shape that is 2 1/2'' long, with a 2 and a 1/2'' diameter. Weighs about 9 ounces (or a little more than half a pound).

6-8 servings: It's a cylinder shape that is 5'' long, with a 2 and a 1/2'' diameter. Weighs about 18 ounces (or a little more than a pound).

12-15 servings: It's a cylinder shape that is 10'' long, with a 2 and a 1/2'' diameter. Weighs about 36 ounces (or a little bit more than 2 pounds).

Ingredients

Wheat Flour, Sugar, Eggs, Butter, Condensed Milk, Heavy Cream, Peanuts and Salt.

Hand made in a facility that uses nuts, dairy and gluten ingredients.

Instructions/Storage

Cake Rolls arrive ready to enjoy and are best served at room temperature.
Cake Rolls can be stored at room temperature for up to 7 days, in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks and in the freezer for up to 2 months.
Store in an airtight container.
