Making this cake roll was pure joy. It remind us of our childhood in Brazil having lime mousse at our grandmother's house on Sundays. Layers of buttery cake filled with a floral and citrusy lime cream.

Sizes

6-8 servings: It's a cylinder shape that is 5'' long, with a 2 and a 1/2'' diameter. Weighs about 18 ounces (or a little more than a pound).

12-15 servings: It's a cylinder shape that is 10'' long, with a 2 and a 1/2'' diameter. Weighs about 36 ounces (or a little bit more than 2 pounds).

Ingredients

Wheat Flour, Butter, Eggs, Sugar, Heavy Cream, Condensed Milk, Lime Juice and Lime Zest.

Hand made in a facility that uses nuts, dairy and gluten ingredients.

Instructions/Storage

Cake Rolls arrive ready to enjoy and are best served at room temperature.
Cake Rolls can be stored at room temperature for up to 7 days, in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks and in the freezer for up to 2 months.
Store in an airtight container.
