HOW BRAZILIANS SNACK
Part I: Bolinhos Caseiros (Homemade Cakes)
Brazilian snacking is a little bit different :). Some may say that our snacking habits are one of the best features of Brazilian cuisine. Kouklet wants to share why with this series called "How Brazilians Snack."
In Brazil, many snacks happen between lunch and dinner time. Whether you want something savory to go with a fresh juice (usually blended with whole fruits), or if you want something sweet to go with your noon espresso, Brazilian snacks can satisfy just about any craving.
This first part of Kouklet’s series is about Bolinhos Caseiros (homemade cakes). They are one of our most notorious snacks and are loved by all Brazilians. Deeper than just a snack, they reflect important culture and history because each family recipe carries generations of affection and memories.
