Cake roll that taste like home. The inspiration behind this flavor was the rainy afternoons when Chef Mardhory's mom would go to the kitchen and bake her banana cake with a touch of cinnamon.

Layers of butter cake dusted with cinnamon and filled with banana-condensed-milk truffle filling (aka. Brigadeiro).

Sizes

3-4 servings: It's a cylinder shape that is 2 1/2'' long, with a 2 and a 1/2'' diameter. Weighs about 9 ounces (or a little more than half a pound).

6-8 servings: It's a cylinder shape that is 5'' long, with a 2 and a 1/2'' diameter. Weighs about 18 ounces (or a little more than a pound).

12-15 servings: It's a cylinder shape that is 10'' long, with a 2 and a 1/2'' diameter. Weighs about 36 ounces (or a little bit more than 2 pounds).

Wheat Flour, Butter, Eggs, Sugar, Cinnamon, Condensed Milk, Banana and Heavy Cream.

Hand made in a facility that uses nuts, dairy and gluten ingredients.

Instructions/Storage

Cake Rolls arrive ready to enjoy and are best served at room temperature.
Cake Rolls can be stored at room temperature for up to 7 days, in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks and in the freezer for up to 2 months.
Store in an airtight container.
