It took much development to come up with this recipe. We're very proud of this super delicious and unique cake roll!

Soft and spongy carrot cake, filled with a coconut dark chocolate ganache!

Sizes

6-8 servings: It's a cylinder shape that is 5'' long, with a 2 and a 1/2'' diameter. Weighs about 18 ounces (or a little more than a pound).

12-15 servings: It's a cylinder shape that is 10'' long, with a 2 and a 1/2'' diameter. Weighs about 36 ounces (or a little bit more than 2 pounds).

Keeping

They keep for up to 7 days at room temperature, 2 weeks in the fridge or for up to 2 months in the freezer. Best served at room temperature.

Wheat Flour, Water, Sugar, Dark Chocolate, Coconut Milk, Carrot, Grapeseed Oil, Vinegar, Baking Soda.

Hand made in a facility that uses nuts, dairy and gluten ingredients.
