Vanilla Birthday Cake Roll

One of the most requested cake rolls EVER! It took a little to get the balance just right, and they are saying it was worth the wait. 😉

Our vanilla birthday cake roll is made with layers of funfetti cake filled with vanilla brigadeiro*.

*As a recap brigadeiro is a Brazilian soft melt-in-your-mouth sweet. It is most traditionally presented in a 'chocolate truffle form', but our special ones are made as a creamy spread.

Very important note about the sprinkles we use in our cake: we strive to use ingredients that the body loves, not just those that taste delicious. The sprinkles we use are colored with only natural ingredients, there is no artificial color. In fact we don't use any artificial ingredients in any of our cake rolls. 

Sizes:

3-4 servings:  It's a cylinder shape that is 2 1/2'' long, with a 2 and a 1/2'' diameter. Weighs about 9 ounces (or a little more than half a pound).

6-8 servings: A cylinder shape that is 5" long, with a 2 and a 1/2" diameter. Weighs about 18 ounces (or a little bit more than a pound).

12-15 servings: A cylinder shape that is 10" long with 2 and a 1/2" diameter. Weighs about 36 ounces (or a little bit more than 2 pounds).

Keeping:

They keep for up to 7 days at room temperature, 2 weeks in the fridge or for up to 2 months in the freezer. Best served at room temperature.

Wheat Flour, Butter, Eggs, Sugar, Sprinkles*, Condensed Milk, Vanilla Bean, Cream Cheese, Heavy Cream and Salt.

Hand made in a facility that uses nuts, dairy and gluten ingredients. 

Instructions/Storage

• Cake Rolls arrive ready to enjoy and are best served at room temperature.
• Cake Rolls can be stored at room temperature for up to 7 days, in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks and in the freezer for up to 2 months.
• Store in an airtight container.
