We make our guava cake roll with very thin layers of soft buttery cake, filled with sweet guava jam.Ā A lot like the one you'd find in Brazil!Ā

3-4 servings:Ā It's a cylinder shape that is 2 1/2'' long, with a 2 and a 1/2'' diameter. Weighs about 9 ounces (or a little more than half a pound).
6-8 servings:Ā It's a cylinder shape that is 5'' long, with a 2 and a 1/2'' diameter. Weighs about 18 ounces (or a little more than a pound).
12-15 servings:Ā It's a cylinder shape that is 10'' long, with a 2 and a 1/2'' diameter. Weighs about 36 ounces (or a little bit more than 2 pounds).
