Our vanilla and cranberry cake roll brightens up winter days. Each layer of cake is filled with a vanilla, 'melt-in-your-mouth,' soft truffle (AKA Brigadeiro), and cranberry jam. A perfect balance between sweet and tart. We just can't get enough! :)

Important information about our cake rolls:

Sizes:

3-4 servings: It's a cylinder shape that is 2 and a 1/2'' long, with a 2 and a 1/2'' diameter. Weighs about 9 ounces (or a little more than 1/2 a pound).

6-8 servings: It's a cylinder shape that is 5'' long, with a 2 and a 1/2'' diameter. Weighs about 18 ounces (or a little more than a pound).

12-16 servings: It's a cylinder shape that is 10'' long, with a 2 and a 1/2'' diameter. Weighs about 36 ounces (or a little bit more than 2 pounds).

Keeping: they keep for up to 7 days at room temperature, 2 weeks in the fridge or for up to 2 months in the freezer. Best served at room temperature.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Butter, Eggs, Sugar, Cranberry Jam (cranberry and sugar), condensed milk, vanilla bean, heavy cream and salt.

Hand made in a facility that uses nuts, dairy and gluten ingredients.
